The services, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks, are owned by VIEWNEXT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these terms.
You retain all rights to the content and data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your private data to train shared models without your consent.
Paid services are billed according to the plan or order you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIEWNEXT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms remain in effect while you use the services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
